The Buffalo Boys’ Basketball team entered the 11th Annual Pat Sonju Memorial basketball game against the Moorhead Spuds on Saturday afternoon riding a 13 game winning streak. The Pat Sonju game is played on the first Saturday in February every year, in honor of Pat Sonju who died in October 1999. The boys swim team won against Andover at the pool on Tuesday night. They won with a final score of 104 to 82. This also meant saying goodbye to seven seniors; Alex Ryan, Blake Solberg, Zac Ransom, Will Elliot, David Zaske, Brandon Morain, and Jamie Green. Haley Morningstar, the Bisons’ senior goaltender, has been nominated for the Let’s Play Hockey Senior Goalie of  the Year Award in the state of Minnesota. The Let’s Play Hockey Senior Goalie of the Year Award is presented to the top female senior goaltender in the state.
