Senior Jerome Begin qualified for nationals in the 110 hurdles. The USATF track nationals are held in Eugene, Oregon. Begin will race June 22-25. He’s ranked number one in state in the 110 hurdles and number three in the 300 hurdles. In the 110 hurdles he has a best time of 14.27, the national qualifying time is 14.5. On May 17, the first season of Buffalo Lacrosse officially ended. The Boys Varsity lacrosse team went 1-10, winning against Elk River in regular season play, and 0-1 in playoffs. The Bison hosted the Prior Lake Lakers on Saturday the 28th at Bentfield Mills. This was the Bison’s first round game in sections 2AAA.
