• On March 3rd, the girl’s basketball team defeated Alexandria in their first round of sections. In a close game, Buffalo came up on top with a 75-70 win.   • On Saturday, February 28 the Bison Boys Hockey Team played the Moorhead Spuds at the SCSU arena in St. Cloud.  The Bison had previously defeated the Brainerd Warriors on Tuesday, February 24 to advance to the second round in Section Playoffs.   • By Cassie Jensen and Lindsay Jensen Bison Wrestling State participants head to Excel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN to take part it the MSHSL Wrestling tournament.  Qualified team members heading to state include Seniors David Baker and Zach Smith, Junior Timmy Ruter, and 8th grader Mike Simeon.     Due to weather condition Superintendent Jim Bauck announced that school will be let out early, Feb. 26 2009. There is no afternoon kindergarden. The high school and middle school are to be let out at 12:20 p.m. Two hours earlier than the usual time.
