Silent alarm went off in a  Smoke Shop on Feb. 7 at 5:10 a.m. in Monticello. It led to the arrest of a 35-year-old man from Minneapolis on burglary charges. Wright County Sherrif’s recieved a report of a silent alarm 1200 block Highway 25. Deputies that arrived at the scene noticed the back door was not secured. Although yearbooks have been on sale since August, the official deadline to order one before the price rises is April 4. There is only a limited amount of yearbooks available so student should order now to reserve their yearbook. After April 4, the price will go up from $65 to $70. The upcoming edition of Buffalo High School’s Hoofprint will come out on February 26, with some changes. Hoofprint will now appear on an 11.75 by 12 inch, magazine and square like page.  The whole design of the paper will also change, such as fonts, captions, and coverage. Buffalo FFA Teacher Breakfast to take place tomorrow, February 20th starting after 6:00 am in Mr. T. Lubben’s  room, D105 A/B. At this breakfast, there will be a variety of breakfast foods, including Cheesy Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and toast. The Girls Hockey Team turned in their jerseys and cleaned out the locker room after Benilde defeated the Bison and ended their season on Saturday, February 14.  Benilde was ranked 3rd out of the 8-team 6AA Section, and Buffalo was ranked 6th.   The final score of the game was 4-1; the only goal for the Bison was scored by 8th Grader Katie Rooney. “We really played hard the first period,” said Head Coach Ray Dahlof.…
