Bison Lose Their District Champion Title

The Bison Football Team lost to the Spring Lake Park Panthers 7-21 on Friday evening. The Bison fell to a 4-3 record against the Panthers, who entered the game  6-0. If the Bison had won, they would have gotten District Champs for the third year in a row.

The Bison worked together during the first quarter, leaving the Panthers with a lead of only 7 in the end.

Throughout the second quarter, Bison fell loose with an ending score of 0-21.

Wide receiver Hendrix Gatz ‘26 put Bison on the scoreboard with a touchdown 20 seconds left in the third quarter, ending the quarter 7-21, which ended up being the final score of the game for either team.

On Wednesday, October 15 the Bison take on another competition at Park Center.
