On Friday, March 5, head coach Josh Ortmann was given news that their games against Chanhassen (originally Monday, March 8th) and Benilde St. Margaret (originally Thursday, March 11th) were cancelled due to the teams having to take COVID-19 precautions. “Benilde and Chanhassen had COVID-related issues come up and need to take precautions. The Bison Varsity Mock Trial team advanced to the State A Competition on Thursday after defeating St. John’s Prep at the Super Region 1-3 Rounds. The virtual meet, held on Zoom, featured the Bison on defense and the Johnnies as the plaintiffs in a civil case. As COVID-19 continues to prove a threat, public authorities are doing their best to prevent a larger impact.
