This last Saturday, Buffalo’s One Act Play took first in sub-sections held at BHS. The one act play, The Magically Marvelous, Wonderfully Wacky, Seriously Silly Center Ring Circus, is about a circus and its owner who plans on selling the business. The Boy’s Basketball team won the Varsity game against St. Cloud Tech. The team was down 23-18 at halftime, but turned it around in the second half to take a three point lead. Half way through the school year, administration told The Hoofprint that they would only have enough funding from the school to print for half of the school year. Looking around the school on Friday, March 23rd one might notice all the kids wearing the same bright teal shirt that says “overcome hunger with love” on the back. Throughout Buffalo Middle School and High School, over 100 students went for 30 hours without food to raise hunger awareness. Two teams of students competed yesterday at ComedySportz in the PAC at Buffalo High School to get a reaction out of the audience while a referee calls fouls. Ten students participate in ComedySportz, an extra-curricular activity that deals with improv skills and making people laugh.
