On Tuesday, February 24, the Bison Boys Hockey Team defeated the Brainerd Warriors on home ice to end their season. The final score of the game was 6-2. Senior defensemen Cole Meyer scored the first goal of the game. Although yearbooks have been on sale since August, the official deadline to order one before the price rises is April 4. There is only a limited amount of yearbooks available so student should order now to reserve their yearbook. After April 4, the price will go up from $65 to $70. The Girls Hockey Team turned in their jerseys and cleaned out the locker room after Benilde defeated the Bison and ended their season on Saturday, February 14. Benilde was ranked 3rd out of the 8-team 6AA Section, and Buffalo was ranked 6th. With the New Year came the school board’s attempt to keep the student body healthy. Soda machines were changed to diet-only and new healthy snack choices were added to the lunch menu.
