Seniors Adam Johnson, Brandon Anderson, Sarah Peter, Junior Joe Hanson, and Sophomore Lindsay Wahlstrom along with staff and parents, were invited to a semi- formal dance for students with special needs around the metro area. FFA members at BHS participated in the state convention on May 1-3 which was held at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. Last Thursday through Sunday, the BHS Theatre Department performed Godspell, its last play of the year. Godspell is a 1969 misical, and was originally directed by John-Michael Tebelak with music and new lyrics by Stephen Schwartz. Godspell was first performed off-Broadway in 1971. This summer, Spanish Students from Buffalo High School are taking a once-in-a-life-time chance, trip to Spain. Señora nancy Eiynck and Señor Daryl Boeckers are taking 17 students in 10-12th grade to Spain in June. The trip costs $3,000, but is well worth the money. While teams 1 and 2 were off winning Regions last week, the remaining two Buffalo Knowledge Bowl teams won the Class B Tournament at St. John’s University Friday March 18.
