With Senior Captain David Baker leading them, the team got pumped for the meet against St. Cloud Apollo on Saturday February 21st. Although the team lost and will not be attending state as a team a few wrestlers stood out against St. Cloud.
Nick Vinar pinned his opponent at 1:39 before the match ended in 6 seconds. James Neddermeyer came back and pinned his opponent while losing. Some team hopefuls for individuals at state are Daivd Baker, Zach Smith, Nick Vinar, James Neddermeyer, and Mike Simeon.
The section tournament begins at noon with Mike Simeon wrestling first for bBffalo at 112 on Saturday February 28.
