The ninth and tenth grade musical makes its debut

Tonight, the ninth and tenth grade production of High School Musical Jr. soared through their first performance. The ninth and tenth grade musical is a new opportunity this year, meant to give underclassmen more opportunities to participate in theater with less pressure. Unlike most other BHS productions, the show made its debut in the Discovery Elementary Auditorium instead of the BHS Performing Arts Center, because it is run through Community Education. It was directed by English teacher Madi Miller, choreographed by Julia Carter, and music directed by Choir director Zack Carlson-Giving.

With a cast and crew of nearly sixty members, each musical number was full of energy and Wildcat pride. The cast will perform for its second and final time tomorrow night (1/24) in the Discovery Elementary Auditorium at 7 P.M. Tickets for the show are five dollars and can be purchased at the door; activities passes are not accepted.
