Volleyball Snaps Six Game Slide with Win Over Magic
The team crushed the Monticello Magic 3-0.
Buffalo Girls Volleyball Team snapped a six-game losing streak with a dominating 3-0 win over the Monticello Magic on Tuesday.
The Magic made continuous mistakes and the Bison took that to their advantage, feeding off of them. Buffalo’s setters rose last night and played their best game yet.
“Okay, me personally, I had a lot of adrenaline.” Adellita Nelson ‘27 said. “ Because if I get a block or I get a kill, then it gives me a lot of adrenaline and I always just want to get another block, and another kill. And I hope that it radiates onto other people and it has a domino effect.”
“Yeah. And honestly, volleyball is a very mental sport,” Addison Pajari ‘27 said. “Just like getting in your head can kind of mess you up for the entire game, and I felt like last night was an easy one to get over your mistakes and move on to the next play.”
Buffalo Bison Girls volleyball faces the Minnetonka Skippers tonight at 7pm at their home gym.
“We have to have the same energy we had last night.” Nelson said.
