Starting November 12th, the Child Development classes at BHS will be sponsoring a Toys for Tots fundraiser. Their goal is to collect gifts for teens and infants this holiday season. BHS students and staff are asked to bring in new gifts, however, it is not limited to the school. Donations from places or people from around the community will be accepted as well. There will be a competition among grade levels and teachers to see who can bring in the most toys. The fundraiser will also be featured on Kare 11 News on Saturday, December 8th, at 8:00 A.M.
“I don’t really care about the prize, I just want to make other kids’ Christmases as special as possible,” said Junior Whitney Nyholm. “That’s why I will definitely be bringing in toys for the little tots.”
