Bison Football Blows Out Park Center

The team beat the Pirates 45-8

The Bison Football Team took down the Park Center Pirates 45-8 on Friday night. The win brings the Bison’s record to 5-3.

The game started with a bad snap on the Pirates, leaving the Bison with an amazing advantage. Seconds later, Quarterback Grant Benson ‘26 got the touchdown. Following the touchdown, Benson completed a two-point conversion. Next, Hendrix Gatz ‘26 scored on a 65-yard punt return. Kicker Jacob Hahessy ‘26 converted the extra point and the Bison ended the first quarter 15-0.

In the second quarter, the Bison recovered a fumble and running back Anthony Jordan ‘27 scored Bison’s third touchdown. Following the touchdown, Hahessy completed the extra point. Benson passed a 40 yard ball to Jackson Coss ’26 in the end zone for another scores, followed by Hahessy’s extra point. Hahessy completed a field goal to end the half 32-8.

A field goal attempt from Hahessy with three minutes left in the third quarter was completed. Following that, the Bison worked together giving another touchdown, followed by Hahssey’s extra point, ending the quarter 42-8.

Throughout the fourth quarter, the Bison pushed down the field setting up Hahssey for another field goal, which he completed. Bison won the game 45-8.
