What Will You Leave With?
This year, another senior class at Buffalo High School has had their last Friday night football game, their last homecoming dance, their last Class Color Day, they may have pulled their last prank on some friends or a teacher, they’ll have their last prom, and eventually they’ll hear their last “Fire up!” on the morning announcements from Mr. Bauman. As it gets closer to the end of school, many are looking forward to their summer and getting ready for college, while many others are looking back on their memories from the last four years of high school.
A majority of this years graduating class will end up thinking that their graduation was the best thing to ever happen to them throughout high school, but maybe some will think that of the little things.
“My favorite memory was junior year when my brother and I went and snow-manned all of our friend’s houses. The next day we played dumb and said it happened to us also! They eventually figured out that it was us and we all laughed,” said Senior Katie Glen.
Many seniors will wish they could have a do-over and relive their high school years, but maybe looking back is enough for some.
“My favorite high school memory was probably marching into school with my class on class color day. It’s something you look forward to when you enter high school as a freshman and when it actually happens, it’s a great feeling,” said Senior Tiah Marr.
