Buffalo Bison Girls softball has really turned their season around with a five game win streak going. Winning their last five games against Monticello, Zimmerman, St. Michael-Albertville, and a double-header against Princeton our Bison softball team has really been working hard. With their last five games they have changed their record from 3-5-0 to 8-5-0, and are now 2nd in confrence.
“I think that since we’ve been working mainly on our hitting we’ve been doing better. Our defense is still strong it was our hitting that was killing us, and since we’ve worked on that we’ve pulled it together,” said Senior starting pitcher Miranda Speckel.
Their schedule this week looks tough with games Tuesday May 5th against Becker (1st in confrence), Wednesday May 6th against Annandale, and a game Thursday May 7th against Waconia. Tuesday and Thursdays games will be held at home with Wednesdays game being held in Annandale. Hopefully our Bison Softball team can keep up the wins!
