Rodeo time for FFA
40 of Buffalo High school’s FFA members along with new Agriculture Teacher Jim Kocherer will be attending a Rodeo on the fourth of February at the Xcel Energy Center.
“Were going there to have fun,” Kocherer said.
Mr. Kocherer, along with 60-75 FFA members, do a number of different activities that involve agriculture, aka. animals whether it be judging, showing, competitions, crops, fundraising a wide variety of a lot of different things that are fun but can be a lot of work.
“I love FFA,” said sophomore Kiley Miller. “And this trip will give a lot of us a chance to try new things that we haven’t experienced and to have loads of fun.”
This trip is meant for the students to get a chance to relax and have fun doing something they like without worrying about much besides getting nailed in the gut by a 1800 pound bull.
