The bison football team is going far into section after last years section final lose to St. Cloud Tech in St. Johns University stadium. The bison will play once again in sections finals on Saturday again in St. Johns university.
The Bison will have to beat the second ranked seed in section 8AAAAA Brainerd Warriors (6-3). They beat the third seeded Cambridge Isanti Bluejackets 38 to 3. The Warriors scored on their first five times they touched the ball ,which included two punt returns.
The Bison only beat The blue jackets 12 to 10 with numerous turnovers. But the Bison were with out one thousand yard rusher Josh Gaughan, he was out with a suspension. He has 16 touchdowns, averages 7.71 yards per carry and 136.9 yard per game.
If the Bison win this game against Brainerd they will play the winner of section 7AAAAA which will either be the the eight and one Blaine Bengals or the nine and one Centennial Cougars. The game will be played at St. Cloud University on the 13th of November at eight pm.
