During the month of November many male Buffalo High School students will participate in “No Shave November”, an anual tradition of not shaving at all in November.
“It’s fun not having to shave and seeing everyone get scruffy,” said Sophomore Wyatt Wentland. “It’s not November for my beard, it’s Yesvember”
This trend most high schoolers participate in actually started as an awareness campaign for prostate and testicular cancer to combat October being breast cancer awareness month. The hairy phenomenon orginiated in Austrailia and New Zealand and has quickly spread across the world.
