Blake Solberg won diving with a score of 360.9 points. David Zaske also won his event, the 100 yard Breaststroke. He is placed First right now in the Mississippi 8 conference in that event.

Jack Elliot was the top finisher of the night. He swam the 200 free for the first time this year and took 3rd place with a time of 1:54.39. He also swam the 500 free and got a time of 5:14.02. He’s now placed first in their section.

“I didn’t even know I was swimming those events so I did not think I’d do that well. There were these really awesome guys swimming next to me, so that pushed me to go faster,” said Jack Elliot. “I was pretty tired after that, but it was a lot of fun since it was my first time swimming distance.”

The team will be swimming a duel meet against Princeton this Thursday at home.
