Senor Privileges Begin!

img_2009
Seniors Danielle Vetrano, Nathan Brown, Dustin Petersen, Holly Brummer, Samantha Hanson, and Christina Bond enjoy breakfast during first block on Friday, February 19th. The breakfast included a cinnamon roll, a milk, and the forms needed to participate in senior privileges and the all night grad party.

On February 19, the seniors of BHS filed the PAC.  Filling the position of the seniors before them.  They were notified of Senor Privileges and BHS’s All-Night Graduation Party.  Starting Feb. 23, these privileges are based on the past senior class.  Each helps to determine the privileges given to the next, helping to ensure minimum abuse.  This system encourages continuous leadership and integrity on part of the upper classmen.

Seniors are administered passes, which must be shown every day to leave before 2:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Passes must be shown to leave.  They are not transferable and if lost, maybe re-admitted at the cost of $1.00.  If a non-senior is found using these passes, the senior is at fault; privileges will be removed.

To receive their passes, seniors must have their parents signed permission.  Forms were administered during the Senior Breakfast and copies can be found in the office.

During MCA testing this April, senior classmen will leave early during preparation and information and arrive late, at 10 am, on testing dates.*

All-Night Long 2009 is the senior graduation party.  The registration fee is $50.00 until May 31.  Fees will be late as of June 1st, and registration will cost $75.00.  If you or your senior is unable to attend due to cost, see Mr. Lubben for help.  Partial of full scholarships are available for qualifying students.

*Testing dates may be found in the BHS newsletter or on the BHS website.
