Freshmen are one step closer…

With less than three weeks left of school, we set out to see what the freshmen thought about their first year here at Buffalo High School. Class of 2013 thought that it wasn’t that bad of a year but it just was not what they were expecting, they all had many different thoughts about the year: like using your cell phone in the halls, wearing hats, PDA, clothing choice, and on top of everything they had felt pretty accepted by the upperclassmen. “My favorite class I have taken this year would be Algebra with Ms. Greeley,” said Cody Keesling. Many students said they had great experiences with teachers, about 50% of surveyed students said Greeley was their favorite teacher. As the year passed more and more freshmen realized that they should have done all of their work right away and to have tried keeping up the hard work to get good grades, some students are working hard to catch up in their studies before the end of the year is over so they will not have to retake the classes they worked hard in. “I regret not working as hard as I could have, said Keesling, I could have done a lot better this year if I would have tried harder.”
