ACT changes for the better?

The ACT test are a fairly large cause of stress for many juniors, but what if you didn’t have to? Well, juniors now have an option to simply not take the ACT test. The test is no longer required to graduate, and has not changed in terms of difficulty.  The test is still free to do on the test days, which is a major bonus as the test is generally $40-$60. It also costs extra to send the score to more colleges, even if the test itself was free. As such, the school is encouraging everyone to take the test. The register day for the ACT will be on April 5th and 6th, and the actual ACT tests will be on April 19th.

“We hope that many of the students will take the test anyways.” said Brad Koltest.
