Bison Boys Hockey Determined to Beat the Roseau Rams

On Friday, February 6, Bison Boys’ Hockey will play the Roseau Rams at Buffalo Civic Center, at 7:00 p.m. Bison’s record stands at (13-6-0) while Roseau’s stands at (8-7-2).

Senior Forward Alec Ackmann said, “Well they’re [Roseau] not quite as good as they usually are, so if we are going to beat them it will be this year. It will still be a big challenge though.”

With the Bison’s record being quite similar to Roseau’s current record, playing hard will be essential. Senior Forward Nick Johnson also said, “I think we have a really good chance of beating them. It will be tough because they are a skilled team but not as skilled as the past few years.”

Senior Defense Cole Meyer has hope for this upcoming game tomorrow.“We have never beat Roseau before,” he said, “but they aren’t as good as they have been in the past so I think we have a chance at winning.”

With the optimism and determination the Bison boy’s hockey team holds, the Bison vs. Rams game will surely be something to see.
